INTRODUCTION
We have the pleasure to introduce SHARP SECURITY SERVICES (PVT) LTD incorporated in 1999. We started operations initially in the province of Punjab, however, we have successfully expanded our business in the province of Sindh also.

OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the company are:
a. Provision of Armed/Unarmed Guards to the individuals and organizations.
b. Provide security services at corporate levels i.e. Banks, Financial Institutions, Hospitals, Commercial & Industrial Organizations.
c. Provision of Body Guards.
d. Escorting of foreigners from air ports to their destinations and back.
e. Protection & Transportation of valuables & other commodities.

HIGHLIGHTS
We provide trained Security Guards with the following qualifications:
a. Recruited from Ex-Servicemen. If civilians then they are trained at parity with service personals.
b. Holding exemplary / clean record of service. If civilian then their previous service record is checked.
c. Mentally alert and physically robust.

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
a. The Security Guards provided by us are mentally alert, energetic, physically/medically fit and mostly are ex-servicemen with the requisite experience and training. In addition they also undergo regular refresher training in each quarter.
b. Our Guards have minimum ten years of regular active service experience. Those have an honorable discharge are the most preferred ones and form the mainstay of our security force.
c. We maintained a digitized and detailed data base of our guards, all verified from regimental centers and NADRA.
d. All Guards are insured, registered with Employees old age benefits (EOBI) institution, social security schemes and equipped with latest weapons, effective communications and control measures.
e. Our security staff is not employed for more than 12 hours at a stretch.
f. Our security staff is well paid so that they are motivated and deliver their best.
g. Our resources are backed by adequate reserves.
h. To ensure continuity of services rapid changes in the security staff is not allowed barring extreme compassionate cases only with prior intimation to the client.
i. The provision of security officer/supervisor enhances the over all performance and functioning of the entire security apparatus. Supervisor backed service is advisable where number of security guards is more than 5 and a security officer is suggested where the number of guards exceeds twenty five.

TRAINING FACILITIES
All personal once recruited are put through a refresher training of minimum 7 to maximum 21 days to prepare them for the impending duties covering main subjects as under:
a. Swift reaction to all situations.
b. Discipline.
c. Turnout.
d. Handling of weapons.
e. Safe custody of ammunition.
f. Wireless communications.
g. Alarm systems.
h. First aid.
j. Fire fighting.
k. Reaction to all types of anti terrorist activities.
l. Etiquettes to serve all dignitaries.

MISCELLANEOUS FACILITIES
a. 5% reserve manpower is maintained at all times to meet spontaneous requirements.
b. Mobile Squads are placed at a central location to offset the traffic delays in reaching troubled spots.
c. Regular relief system is organized to maintain optimum efficiency.
d. Regular checks are carried out by supervisory staff to ensure alertness turn out and physical presence of our security staff.
e. The required number of trained guards can be provided at short notice.

CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS
a. Contract will be on yearly basis from a date as mutually agreed to and can be terminated by one month prior notice by either side.
b. Security Guards will not form part of the employees man power hence they cannot take part in any union activities.
c. In case, the customer is not satisfied with performance of any particular guard, a single telephonic call at the Control Headquarter will warrant his immediate replacement from the premises.
d. 100% trained guards are provided who act as eyes and ears of the management.
e. The company shall be entirely responsible for the supervision, control & discipline of the security personnel provided to the clients.
f. No personnel interaction of Guards with clients will be permissible.
g. No personnel/ domestic duties can be obtained / asked from guards except for their own duties.
h. Guards will be mutually shifted within 2 to 8 weeks as appropriate.
i. No guard can get re-employment till one year of the discharge from company to a client to whom he has been serving. Otherwise this will be taken as breach of trust (an offence).
